Very High Heart Rate (240-260 beats/min)

My heart rate suddenly rises to 240-260 beats/min and this has happened 3 times in 6 months. This high Heart Rate suddenly falls down to normal within 5-6 seconds, when I fart or Belch during such high heart rate. I feel no pain anywhere during the time of increased heart rate and all my blood reports, cholesterol reports and Echo reports are norma
