Hi is suddenly feel veey high back pain in survikal in all back m unable to lying down my amylase level 150 it was 130 on 25 september m very disturb by it pleae help is this pqmcreatitis or pancreas pain which i feel in back..my serum globulin value also 3.2 normal to 3.is this due to liver damage liver with hepatic steaosis in ct scan

It may be or may not be pancreatitis. The pain may be related to pancreas or gall bladder or some other cause. ULTRASOUND may be needed.
