Sir i did my blood test because i am suffering from dry cough from last 06 month in my blood tests my eosion is 26.6% and absolute esionophil count is 4130 what treatment should i take to remove my cough

Have you taken any medication for dry cough earlier.? Did any other lab tests like for TB? Do send reports, consult online and get prescribed. You will be alright soon.

Eosinophilia Eosinophilia is defined as a peripheral blood eosinophil count > 500/μL usually due to an allergic reaction or a parasitic infection or sometimes drug reaction. SX - ask about recent travel (suggesting possible parasite exposure), allergies, medication use. PE - Rash (allergic, dermatologic, or vasculitic disorders), abnormal lung findings (asthma, lung infections, or syndromes of pulmonary infiltration with eosinophilia), and generalized lymphadenopathy or splenomegaly (myeloproliferative disorders or cancer).
Next Steps
DX - CBC. Stool Ova and Parasite. CXR.
Health Tips
TX - Sometimes corticosteroids. Anti-parasitic medication. Drugs known to be associated with eosinophilia are stopped.
