Very heavy Potentially dangerous fever

Hi, my grandmother has a really bad fever which is uncontrollable. She's been having this for weeks, problem is she doesn't get any medical attention because she lives in Somaliland which has hardly enough doctors and horrible treatments. What's the best treatment you would recommend, because she did go into a comma due to the fever and she's 78

There are so many causes for fever. Better you first get her hemogram n PSMP.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. There is nothing we can do for her from this platform. We would need to examine her, take her vitals, take a detailed history and even run some tests.
