Feeling light headed..had first attack a year back. Diagnosed as BPPV ...having it again and this time it's more frequent

You are a Diabetic. The feeling of light headedness could be a symptom of transient Hypoglycaemia episodes. I suggest that the next time you experience it, please use a glucometer to check your blood sugar and then meet a good Endocrinologist. Your Physician may not be as competent to deal with these delicate sugar fluctuations as the Endocrinologist.
