Hello doc...am hvng early morning vomitings and feeling  vertigo  like conditions since 2 days also  pain in   back side of head ...plz help me out for this for this thank u ...

Hello, Do you have pain /discomfort to light or noice And pain is just in the back of head or one sided If the pain is in one half of the head with vomiting and discomfort to light and lond sound it can be a case of migraine. If these features are not there it can just be due to cervical spondylosis in which case take some muscle relaxation and do some stretching exercises. Correct posture and using thin pillows will help For more queries kindly consult.
