Vertigo from 3days

I'm having vertigo when I'm standing moving walking from last 3days.ibdont have pain but some time feel vomit due to virtigo..
Please help me the medicine.
If it's due to sudden jerky movements of the head it could be positional vertigo,if any headache, blurring of vision, unsteadiness while walking or swaying to one side,you need a neurology consultation along with ENT.
