  4. Vertigo. Is this a serious issue?

For couple of days I  have a minimum sensation of spinning when i suddenly move my head or change my position which lasts less than a second Though it doesn't cause much problem but still an issue My other health conditions are fine But one year ago i was hurt in my neck while doing workout This pain still aches when i move my head extremely up I dibnt consult any doctor after this What would be the solution? Is this a serious issue?
