Vertigo is a sensation of feeling off balance. If you have these dizzy spells, you might feel like you are spinning or that the world around you is spinning. These are usually caused by BPPV(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), Meniere's disease, Vestibular neuritis or labrynthitis and less often in head or neck injury, brain problems such as stroke or tumor, certain medications that cause ear damage and migraine headaches. - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day
- Exercise regularly (30-45mins per day and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI, you're current BMI suggests obesity)
