I am diagnosed with 2 grade varicocele in right side testicle. My pampniform veins is dilated by 2.6mm. what to do feeling nervous

As Ur 26 years.   Just tell me what made you to go for ultrasound. If it's affecting sperm count or pain  we recommend treatment. Unless other wise just kept in observation.
