Hello doctor sir, I was diagnosed with bilateral varicocele 5 yrs back. At that time so much pain was there in my scrotum then I started to wear athletic supporter and pain was gone after few months. Now i can do all activity without any problem but I just want to know should I go for surgery before my marriage and is there any possibility that I will create problem in fertility of my wife. Also is it harmful to masturbate daily in this condition. Thanks.
