Hi You can depend on them( oils )  to 50% or 60%...but can't trust them completely.. since they are very refined and double filtered...and doesn't contains much of nutrients ..as mentioned..instead you can go for unrefined and raw or cold pressed oils..as they are better than refined oils that are available in markets now.. You can go for cold pressed or wood pressed oils such as  gingely oil, groundnut oil, olive oil, safflower oil etc...as all these oils contain good amount of nutrients if taken in the unrefined raw form..which is good for health also.. As per the fssai quality reports they have,the veg oils are good for consumption and their efficiency depends on their specific contents.

Hi All oil are tested and have ISI mark we have no option just to trust them . But we can use different oil in our daily diet like vegetables oil ,olive oil,mustard oil n even ghee for better result.

Try to opt for filtered oil or go for blended oils available in market. No oil should be taken more than 3-5 TSP / day. Quantity and Quality of fat matters.
