What is the difference between varicocele embolization and varicocele operation done through laparoscopy? which one is more effective and is less risky can anyone tell me about this asking for brother.. He has already underwent bilateral varicocele in 2014 and is now having grade 3 varicocele and motility is affected 20 % motile is there and 80 % non motile..

If varicocele is significant then best surgical method is microsurgical varicocelectomy. Both laproscopic and embolization have very poor success rate.
