Hi, Me & my partner we have been trying penetrative intercourse for sometime now but due to the amount of pain I go through during the process we are never successful. I went online & found out that I might have a condition called vaginismus which can prevent penetration because of vaginal wall tightening. Just wanted to know are there any solution or practices that can be done by ourselves?
