Vaginal yeast infection, white discharge

My wife is suffering from too much vaginal itching specially in clitoris, labium majora and minora, redness in clitoris and minora, itching too much at night, white sticky discharge also. Is canditral 200 and lulican ( luliconazole lotion ip) is enough. If more need please suggest medicine, Im posted in very rural area, doctors not available need urgent medication, please suggest medicine it's my request to all practo doctors.
