There is a rash of three bumps at bottom of the vagina near the rectum. It's itchy sometimes but not all the time and it is raised and red. What could this be?

It could be some bacterial infection.. Apply soframycin ointment three times daily for 3 to 5 days.. If still persists consult a doctor nearby for examination
