Vaginal PH imbalance

A normal clear discharge is causing too much irritation on labia , on touch the itch is irresistible and causes redness and red marks later. What are the ways to test the vaginal ph and is it a temporary thing.? I noticed this irritation post use of eva new vaginal tabs ( problem persistent even after stopping the use from 2 months )
