Vaginal pain

I have been experiencing a mild stretching or pulling type of pain on the right side of my vaginal/genital area for quite some time. The pain is not very severe, but it keeps recurring. I experience this only about 2–3 times a year (maximum 3 times). Whenever it occurs, sometimes it lasts only a few minutes, while other times it comes and goes for a few days, and occasionally it continues on and off for up to a week before resolving on its own. During these episodes, I notice that the pain becomes more noticeable while walking, sitting, or stretching my body. I have observed that this pain usually occurs a few days before my periods (sometimes around 7 days before), but recently I have also started noticing it around the middle of my menstrual cycle. The pain is almost always on the right side. My menstrual cycles have always been regular. I have never missed a period, and I do not usually have menstrual cramps. I do not have any abnormal vaginal discharge, burning or pain during urina

Pain in the mid-cycle is often ovulation pain (mittelschmerz) — very common and harmless. The pre-period occurrence suggests possible endometriosis or a small ovarian cyst. Get a pelvic ultrasound done to rule out cysts or endometrioma. If USG is normal, it's likely hormonal ovulation pain which doesn't need treatment.

Usually having abdominal cramps or mild unilateral pain in between menstrual cycle is usual unless it is severe or associated with any abnormal bleeding pattern or discharge or nausea or vomiting. Adv for USG pelvis and review with report

You can ignore  it as it's  frequency  is very less  in a year and no other abnormal  associated  symptoms. If needed, you can take  Paracetamol.
