I m 21 year old girl. From around a week, there is vaginal itching and also at the back. Please help.

Looks like u are having a vaginal infection. Did not understand  what u mean by back. Other details are required to arrive at a diagnosis . However initiate a paid online consultation or visit a gynaecologist and get your self screened.
