It can be due to several reasons, including bacterial or fungal infection, Hygiene issues or other allergy. If it is happening recurrently better to take homeopathic medicine. Consult a good homoeopathic doctor for this .

Itching that returns like clockwork around your period can come from several causes, including irritation or a mild infection tied to hormonal shifts. Vulvodynia usually shows up as ongoing pain rather than itching, so it's worth getting examined again rather than assuming either.
Next Steps
Since this keeps recurring, ask your gynaecologist for an exam and swab test this time to actually pin down what's causing it.
Health Tips
Avoid trying new creams or products on your own until the cause is clear, since one already triggered pain for you before.
