Vaginal itchiness and inflammation

I am pcos patient. Last month I got Uti so badly just before my period. Even though I keep myself clean. Then I took niftran. And i got recovered. But again this month just before my period i am feeling vaginal itchiness and vaginal inflammation. I am married and also planning for baby. Please suggest me what's wrong with me

Get urself examined 1st. Could also be a fungal infection. So better to consult someone in person rather than online
