I've been having discharges and smelly,itchy vaginal for some weeks now.. About 5 weeks The odour has reduced a bit cos of something I took it the discharge is still there and still itchy... Pls what can I do to completely remove it from my system

Drink lots of water, maintain good Personal hygeine and use V wash ,u may also use verena or canestan ointment .
