Its been a year since I've experienced White discharge before every mensuration period. It itches after pissing around the private part.

It's natural to get slight white discharge just  before cycle start and in the mid cycle,  But as you are complaining of itching sensation it's coz of infection. Use inner wears dry and main good hygiene of private parts,  Keep washing with plain water,  It's better to consult us for further assistance.
