I am going through this problem since so many months and I am not getting rid of this I keep scratching my private area I get painful bumps over there after I scratch and also my area has become ugly with discoloration and chapped skin please help

Kindly get urself examined by a Gynaecologist,or visit us at our clinic if u are in gurgaon,as it might either be an Infection or in case u have been sexually active , it might be some.more serious issue which would need to be evaluated.
