Vaginal dryness, sometimes itchy

For about 2 weeks now I have been feeling very itchy at times in my vagina and it is always dry. It burns sometimes & outside of my vagina I have red marks with white ash around it and it feels rubbery. I am only 15 and I'm embarrassed to get help I was hoping you can help me through the computer with home remedies or how to treat it.

Keep ur self hydrated ,drink lots of water ,wash ur private parts with V wash and apply candid gel or canestan ointment.avoid spicy food and don't use dirty toilets,change ur inner wear two three times and use panty liners..
