Vaginal Discharge with foul smell
I've been facing from vaginal discharge since 6-7 months. I've already consulted a gynecologist before, she examined me but she said that there is no problem. But the problem is not cured till now. The discharge is yellow in color and it comes out with foul smell which is really irritating. Please give me a solution for this problem.

I think u need syndromic approach for ur Genital track infection. Along with husband (partner) treatment too.
Use condom to prevent transmission of infection during sex.
For syndromic management u should go to government hospital

There are multiple reasons for vaginal discharge.
If you're facing it during your periods or before it , it's normal . There's discharge that occurs normally in women.
If it's foul smelling with itching or pain during intercourse it points towards infection.
You need an internal examination and a pap smear.
Prescription of antibiotics depends on internal examination.
Next Steps
Use V wash solution available in the market inside vagina after taking bath.
Keep your panties clean.
Change your pads during menstruation n avoid sex during periods.
Also ask your partner if he has similar symptoms n use condom
