I have been having vaginal itching and discharge for a long time, approx two years. I have taken medicines, prescribed by a doctor, twice. Each time, it gets better but then after a few weeks, it comes back (without any sexual activity). I also wear cotton underwear and use a pH balanced vaginal wash once a day only to wash the exterior. Right now, I have vaginal itching, along with milky white discharge and sometimes white solid discharge. There is no smell. Can anyone tell me what is the issue? And what can I do for this? Are there any over the counter medicines that you can prescribe me?
