Hi I'm pregnant but beta hcg is 420. From morning I have mild vaginal bleeding like drops/ spotting along with pelvic pain. Is it serious. Should I go to hospital.?

Bleeding is in pregnancy is definitely not normal Yes it is always better to go to the hospital
