Most commonly due to trauma But need to rule out hormonal problems as well Please consult Pediatric endocrinologist at the earliest

Bleeding could be due to trauma ( injury) infection or something serious.

it is not normal for a two year old to have vaginal bleeding. she may have got hurt while playing. kindly enquire with your child about the same and get her examined by a pediatrician
