Vaginal bleeding 2 weeks after period

I have my period the first week of every month. Nov 22 I had a small amount of bleeding and haven't bled at all every since. I thought it could be implantation bleeding. Idk if that's the right time frame for that to happen? I took a pregnancy test Nov 23 and Nov 25 both negative. I'm more scared it could be something medically worse
