Vaccine fever last more than 3 days

Hi, I am concerned my baby is 4 months i had given vaçcine on tuesday morning 27/11/23 today is dec 1st, 23 still my baby has fever, do i have to worry or go to pediactric or is it normal due to climate, here in my family people say its normal but i am worried what to do.. is there any infection due to vaccine or something fever is still there

Fever after vaccination usually last for 3-4 days. If it still persistent measure temperature using thermometer, watch for local site inflammation, and get examined for other cause of fever. Give pcm syrupaccording to weight.

Doesn’t look like it is due to vaccine. Most likely a viral infection if child in active and playful when there is no fever
