Yes after vaccinations some people do get fever bodyache headache . You can take paracetamol 500 mg three times a day for three days Also montas Ltwuce a day for two days

U must get ur bp chelked Keep hyderated Then consult Mild headache  and fever is common  after vaccine For that take pcm trixe a day for 3 days
