Vaccine at 6 months

Please tell which vaccine is to be given at 6 months to the baby ? Some places mentioned as Flu vaccine but is it really necessary or can we skip it ? Also plz tell name/brand name of vaccine. Thanks

Hello, yes Influenza vaccine is to be given at 6months of age. It is an optional vaccine but pertaining to current scenario would be better to give it. BRAND Name- Infuarix.

Flu and OPV due. These days IAP recommendation is for TCV ( typhoid conjugate Vaccine) also at 6 months but I give TCV at 10 months after MMR
