My son is 2.5 yrs old. Can he be vaccinated for swine flu ?? Where can it b available ? Is there any side effects for the same ?

Yes, flu vaccine can be given after 6 month of age, for the children who got vaccination for first time require two doses 1 month apart and then repeat every year in july - september. Available with Pediatrician.

It's an optional vaccine. Yes you can give it if you want. It's effectiveness is for a 1 year period after which you can repeat it anually.

Yes, Flu vaccine has to be given every year, for it to be effective. It is generally available with your pediatrician or any private hospital.
