My dad is diabetic and takes medications for diabetes and cholesterol. Can he get vaccinated with covid shield or covaxin?

Both are good. Only thing is he has to take vaccine as early as possible as he is at high risk to get covid.

Yes definitely. Diabetics and hypercholesterolemia people can take vaccine, unless he is not on any anticoagulant medicine.
