Vaccination 2.5months baby

My 2.5 month baby got her 2nd vacination today. This time the vacination name was hexaxim (not sure if painless). The 1st vacination was easy 6 which was painfull and she had got fever. Had few questions A) the effectiveness is the same in both the cases B) is it a painless vaccine and will she get fever C) going forward can we opt for painless of the effectiveness is incase the same for painful and painless

A- yes both vaccines are similarly effective so not to worry about that B- she may get fever as dpt component causes fever C- u may give painless , there is no issue regarding effectiveness
