UTI infection 4-6 pus cells

Hi Doctors , 2 days before my menstrual cycle I had mild itching and stinging feel so gave for urinalysis, I have attached the report as well for complete understanding. I have 4-6 pus cells other than that everything is in normal range I guess please let me know if I have UTI or not. Please suggest me if I should take antibiotics

Hi It's normal. Take plenty of fluids . Vaginal itching or discharge?
