Hi Doctors, as attached in routine urine examination it's found that my baby got UTI and currently he's prescribed with antibiotics and citralka syrup. Request you to please let us know if this is serious or curable as we are very tensed for our baby.

Hello, 1.The reports are suggestive of UTI. Get urine culture also done.To identify specific organisms and the antibiotics needed for the Same. 2.It's Completely curable disease . Nothing to worry. 3.Get Ultrasound Abdomen for evaluation of any other structural problems.To prevent recurrences 4.Complete the antibiotics course at least for 7 days. May vary depending on the culture other reports.
