My Son had a urine test result shows the pus cells count 10-15 and epithelial cells 4-8 and he is frequently suffer with fever cold what was the remedy please answer

get him examined by a Urologist nearby, basically to rule out phimosis. If it's not there, then give a urine sample for culture and sensitivity test, accordingly start on medication. If there's phimosis, then he might need intervention
