Is this first time that u bleeding this much!??? As ur report suggest definitely u have a fiboid of 6*5cm of intramural extension will the cause for ur heavy bleed...  Need not to worry ABT ur missed period as ur age is 49 ur ABT to menopause becz of growing fibroid in ur uterus might be u not attained  menopause yet.. as increases blood supply in uterus will reduce the sinkage if blood vessels.. and uterus size, If condition worson  in next period like this means better to undergo for oprative treatment than medication... it is normally happen with periods when fibroid growth is there ,fluctuation of hormones and fibroid,nutritional deficiency much more cause worsened the condition so consult to lady dr.

The heavy bleeding can be explained by the fibroid. But the delay in period is something else. Kindly see a specialist.
