Uterus lining is thickened upto 11.9 mm. No other symptoms. In routine check up, this was noted. Pls advise. MRI and Sonography attached.

Uterine lining of more than 4mm in a postmenopausal lady requires further assessment even if there are no symptoms, in my opinion. Connect for detailed discussion regarding the case as a detailed history is an absolute for discharging further advice.
