How to treat it natually . Any diet or exercise . Why it happens I don't know. Any reasons .Plz help me

Your uterus is coming out or just feeling is there.If only feeling means either you are having urinary tract infection or vaginal infection.Get done complete urine examination and per speculum examination by doctor.
