For the last year or so every time I get my period, it only lasts a couple days (not abnormal usually), but the cramps have started getting so bad that I can't function. In April this year, my period started right on time but then I ended up in the hospital after losing 10 oz of blood in 2 hours. (I use a diva cup so it showed amount) Since then however, I get sharp stabbing pains in my pelvis when barely moving and diarrhea when I eat at all.
