I was pregnant, but during the first scan, the doctor found multiple fibroids and the fetal heart rate was also low. She advised for a termination, which we went ahead with. I have been advised to undergo a laparoscopic myomectomy after 5-6 weeks. I need a second opinion.

Hi...If fibroids are big in size then yes you need myoectomy. It's better to undergo myomectomy n then plan pregnancy.
