Using thyronorm after pregnancy

My wife has been on thyronorm medication through pregnancy (baby delivered 27 Aug) TSH before baby delivery(27 august): 7.7 Been using thyronorm 50mcg for 4 days and 37.5mcg 3 days in week. TSH now(20 Nov) : 0.04. Now she is feeling weak and tired very quickly. Heard, she should have stopped thyroid medication. What she should do now, stop medication? Thanks in advance.
