Usg scan at 38 weeks 5 day

Hello, In my wife' recent usg scan it says "placenta is located along the posterior wall in upper segment, grade 3  maturity". Is it ok? Estimated fetal weight is 3.2 kg. Can we go for normal or c-section is needed.

If your wife is term, you may go for trial of labor unless there is any other risk factor
