Please repeat the sonography after one week and consult a Gynaecologist in your area . Further management will need physical examination by a Gynaecologist (which is not possible on Tele-consultation) .

Hello, Welcome to practo.. Sometimes In early days of pregnancy it's get difficult to locate the fetal heart as the fetus is very small at that time and it should be considered as technical error, So if there is no bleeding or spotting then you should repeat the scan after 2 weeks, till then continue folic acid and progesterone tablets...
