Hello Ranol 20 by itself is not the drug of choice for Anxiety/Depression. It is at best an adjuvant drug in both the disorders. It is basically antihypertensive medication which is used in prophylaxis of migraine as well. Improves anxiety as well

Hi Tablet Ranol (propranolol) use for Hypertension and also for anxiety. Its side effects are lower blood pressure,  slow heart rate,  sometimes worsening of asthma or breathlessness,  numbness of extremities,  nausea vomiting etc. Thanks and regards
