Use of pre and probiotics

Can probiotics cause infection?? When gynocologist check inside her vagina she told her that you had a mild infection and  did sonography where there was no free fluid in POD but she has given probiotics and after she started consuming probiotics she having pain on her pelvic area and thighs after that we can do sonogram where she diagnosed with pelvic infection with free fluid in POD.

It is just a coincidence. Probiotics don't cause infection.  They are in fact friendly bacteria which are essential for the health of intestines, mouth, and vagina. They are used along with the prolonged course of antibiotics so that the friendly bacteria which are natural inhabitants of the intestines are replenished (if they have been destroyed by the antibiotics ).
