I think I have hives.Basically I was eating gram flour products continue for 4-5 days.This problem started in the End of FEBRUARY,but I was onboard Ship and I used to take cetrizine tablet 1 daily when red bumps used to come and also I stopped eating gram flour products. .I was also working in Hot temperature.Now I am at home from last 14 days and also I am  not taking and medicine.I had started taking some ayurvedic treatment,will that help me.
